Our online workshop will help you discover practical strategies to create welcoming spaces that help children and young people know they have a valued place in our church communities. Together we will reflect on how to move beyond programs to build genuine community where the next generation can thrive in their faith journey.
Dr Louise Gosbell is the Research Manager at the Australian University of Theology and lectures at the university in New Testament, ministry, and disability inclusion. In 2025, Louise began teaching a new unit for Youthworks on ministry with children and young people with disability and neurodivergence. Louise’s research focuses on disability in biblical studies as well as what it means for us to create church communities that are inclusive for people with disability of all ages.
